1. Return is only applicable for products with manufacturing defects.
2. If you find that the product is defective, damaged, or broken, contact us immediately at the helpline number at +917013644456. Also, shoot a small video of the product, clearly showing the defect. We will ask you to send that video if required.
3. To request a return, call us on the helpline number at +917013644456 and mention your order ID and the SKU number of the product you find to be defective.
4. We will book a return from your place and a pick-up person will pick the product.
5. Once we confirm that the product has a manufacturing defect, we will send a replacement product and the customer will not be charged any additional shipping charges.
6. If the product does not have any manufacturing defects and is found to be soldered, used, altered, or modified, we will ship the product back to the customer.
7. Only products that have a price of more than ₹50 are eligible for return/exchange.
8. The return window for any product is 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
1. If a product is defective, only then we take returns and ship a new product as a replacement. So, no refund will be initiated in case of return/exchange.
2. If you cancel your order before shipping or while in transit, your refund will be processed as per the Cancellation Policy. Once an undefective product is received by you, a refund will not be given.
