What are the shipping charges and what is the delivery time?
If your order value is below, the shipping cost is Rs. 49. and the order is delivered in 3 to 5 working days.
If your order value is above Rs. 999, Free shipping is applicable and the order is delivered in 5 to 7 working days.
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay through multiple payments options on robotist.in checkout page. You can pay through Credit/Debit Card, Internet Banking, Mobile payments and Wallets. We use Instamojo as our payment gateway and it is very safe and secure.
Product is out of stock, when will it be in stock?
It may happen that the sale of some particular products is faster than the others and may soon get out of stock. Our restocking time generally alters from 3 days to 1 month depending upon the product category.
I want to cancel the order?
If the order is canceled before shipping, no additional charges are incurred by the customer and the full amount will be refunded to the bank account of the customer. If the order is canceled while in transit, the shipping costs have to be incurred by the customer and the remaining amount will be refunded to the bank account of the customer.
I want to track my order?
Once the parcel is ready, packed, and shipped, the customer receives an email or/and SMS about the tracking details. We recommend you use those details to track your order.
